No hidden fees

We have a list of all the fees possible that we are showing on the face-to-face interview. Nothing except that will ever come out of your paycheck.

Fast orientation

When hired, the orientation part itself will take only 2 hours. We will briefly go through accounting, maintenance and dispatch key points. You will get to pick up a load the same day right after orientation

Decent equipment

All the trucks we have are Volvo 2017-2022. Most of them are equipped with automatic transmission. We haul DRY Vans only, and you will have your personal trailer that you will carry with you all the time.

Home every weekend

We do encourage family values here at MMM Express. Therefore, bringing you home with no hiccups is important for each dispatcher. And those are not just words. We are an Atlanta-based company working in the area since 2006, that’s why we do have quite a few coming back home lanes.

No forced dispatch

Either you are an Owner-Operator or a Company driver, the dispatcher will call you and offer a load and it’s up to you to decide whether you want to go for it or not. It’s important to us that you take your time, analyze all the details of the load and then give an answer with full responsibility.

Monthly bonuses

We do have monthly awards for the drivers that performed great during the month. If you work hard and don’t get violations during a specified period, you are likely to get into the top five drivers of the month and get your bonus added to the following paycheck.

Absolute transparency

One of the main principles of the company is honesty. This is what we hear very often from our drivers when asking them for some feedback. You will get all the rate confirmations forwarded directly from the broker along with the broker's name, phone number and the rate of the load.

Personal dispatcher

Once you sign up with a company, you will fill out a questionnaire which will determine your drive style. According to preferences, you will be assigned a dispatcher who specializes in the type of loads you are looking for. However, after a trial period you can request to try another dispatcher and it will be totally normal. It’s in our interest to have you guys working with a person that you are comfortable dealing with.

Accessible management

One of the strong parts of MMM Express is the management team and the fact how easy you can reach out to them. Either you have any specific questions or want your personal dispatcher to improve on certain things - feel free to call upper management directly! We would not be able to see our weak sides without your feedback, so our managers will be more than happy to hear from you. Upon request, you can easily get their extensions to be able to dial them directly.

Weekly deposit

We make deposits every week without exceptions. You can also reach our accounting and get the amount of upcoming pay-check and find out which loads will be paid. You will also receive a report every week via email with a detailed breakdown of all loads completed and deductions that occurred during the period.

24/7 support

Our night time dispatch is not only capable of answering calls and making updates, they are well-trained and able to solve all uncommon situations and make proper decisions. On top of that we always have a manager on shift to help if needed, even during night time. We also arereachable round-the-clock during Federal holidays. So even if you get a truck or trailer break. down on Christmas night - don’t worry, you will be assisted!

We do value the drivers that are long-term with us and not causing any issues. We collect the feedback on every single driver from dispatch, tracking, after- hours, safety, maintenance and accounting departments. One of the cool things in our company is the fact that we hired a separate person who is working hard and fighting with a broker for every penny of your extra wait time at the pick up or delivery facilities.
